Sequel specializes in assisting low-income elderly individuals in navigating our healthcare or housing systems. The transition from home to facility or facility to home can be complex and stressful. We assist in that transition and provide compassionate service to the betterment of all our clients. Sequel Advocates are the eyes, ears, and often times the hands that act on behalf of our clients to provide ease of mind for them and their family members.
Guardianship and Conservatorship
Sequel provides court-appointed guardianship and conservatorship services to protect and advocate for vulnerable adults who can no longer make decisions for themselves. Our comprehensive guardianship services ensure that individuals receive the medical care, financial oversight, and daily support they need to live safely and with dignity. Sequel is committed to ensuring vulnerable adults have a voice while maintaining the highest ethical standards in guardianship and conservatorship services.
End of Life Planning
Sequel will coordinate funeral planning services for our clients. We assist with selecting individuals’ and families' desires for advanced directives and DNRs. Sequel can coordinate with funeral planning as directed by client or family stakeholders.
Caregiver Support
Sequel offers resource support to caregivers in need. We understand that caregiving can be stressful and overwhelming and we are here to help guide you through difficult situations.
Elder Angel Funds
Sequel offers Elder Angel Funds for eligible Seniors. Must be at least 65 years old and low income. You shouldn't have to choose between buying food and much needed medical prescriptions or paying your rent and utilities.
